Share the Spirit Foundation has been chosen as the charity for the 23rd Annual Frozen Open!! Gather your team and join us for a fun afternoon putting around Lake Springfield. All registration proceeds help provide new shoes and socks to local children in need.

Registration: $50 per foursome / $12.50 per player (see form below)
Food & Drinks: provided at each club
Shuttle Service: transportation between clubs is provided at no cost (tips encouraged)
After Party: 5:00pm at Prop Club

Start at the club of your choice and end at the Prop Club for the After Party. Players will have the opportunity to play 12 holes at the following clubs. Each club will have their own specially-designed putting green.

IMPORTANT: Take or mail the attached form to the lake club where you will start, including a check made out to THE PROP CLUB. Tonya (tvoepel@vps-il.com) will start at Lake Press Club and Lezlie (Lezlie.hearn@gmail.com) will start at TRN Club.
